Returns & Replacements
We don't take returns on RoseReviv™ — but if something
arrived wrong, we'll make it right. You just won't need to mail anything
back to us.
Why the pouch stays with you
RoseReviv™ is hygroscopic, meaning it draws moisture out of the
air. That's why it ships in a sealed pouch and why the label asks you to
keep it somewhere cool and dry.
Once a pouch has left us, we have no way of knowing whether it spent a
week in a hot car or a humid garage. It might look perfectly fine and
still perform differently. We wouldn't want to pass that along to someone
else's roses — so rather than ask you to ship it back, we'd just
rather send you a new one.
Something arrived wrong? Let's sort it out
Send us a note at
info@activecrossus.com within
14 days of delivery, with your order number and a quick photo of the pouch
and the shipping box, if the pouch arrived torn, unsealed or wet, or if we
sent the wrong item or missed something in your order.
We'll get a replacement out to you at no cost, or arrange store credit
if that works better for you. Hang on to whatever arrived — there's
nothing to send back.
If a package never turned up at all, reach out within 14 days of the
ship date and we'll track it down together.
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours and we'll
take care of it, as long as it hasn't already gone out the door. Once it's
handed off to the carrier, it's on its way.
Caking is completely normal
We don't add anti-caking agents to RoseReviv™, so the powder can
clump or harden over time — especially in humid weather.
It works exactly the same. Stir it into a little water for
a minute or two and apply as usual. Shelf life is two years, and no
refrigeration is needed.
If your roses aren't responding
RoseReviv™ works by signalling your rose to switch on its own
defenses, so results depend a lot on timing, the pressure the plant is
under, and how it went on. Because of that, we can't offer replacements
based on outcome when the product itself arrived in good shape.
Please email us anyway. Most disappointing results come down to
something small and fixable — applying without a spreader or
sticker, mixing at the wrong rate (it's 1½ teaspoons per gallon),
starting after symptoms have already taken hold, or a program that got
interrupted mid-season. Tell us what you're seeing and we'll help you work
out what's going on. We'd much rather get your roses back on track than
close out a ticket.
One thing we'd rather say plainly than have you discover the hard way:
no product on the market eliminates a plant virus, and RoseReviv™
isn't one. It's not a fertilizer, insecticide or fungicide — it
strengthens what the rose can already do for itself.
What we can't cover
Opened pouches, and product stored outside the conditions on the
label. Caking. Results after the product was applied as directed.
Claims that come in after the windows above. Deliveries the carrier
has marked as completed — those turn into a carrier claim, which
we'll file on your behalf. Packages refused or sent back to us. And
anything bought through a third-party seller, which will need to go
through them.
If your situation is close to one of these but doesn't quite fit,
write to us anyway. We'd rather hear about it.
