Healthier roses, less impact

RoseReviv™ - A Breakthrough for Rose Rosette Disease

A naturally derived plant resilience enhancer shown in years of university trials to minimize the impact of rose rosette disease(RRD), maintain rose vigor and health, and produce amazing blooms. It's not a fertilizer, and not a conventional insecticide or fungicide.

Instead of feeding your plant or attacking pests, RoseReviv™ works with your rose's own biology — signaling the plant to switch on its built-in defense and stress-response systems. In short: it promotes healthy roses even under RRD pressure.

What It's Made Of

Naturally Derived, Nothing Artificial

RoseReviv™ contains microbe-derived metabolites, deactivated microbial cells, and plant-essential amino acids — so there's nothing to keep alive, and it stores for up to two years. It's fully compatible with your existing fertilizer or pesticide program, so it fits right into the routine you already have.

It also contains no plant-food (fertilizer) ingredients, because this is a resilience enhancer, not a feed.

Laboratory research behind RoseReviv™
How It Works

How RoseReviv™ Works Inside the Plant

Researchers at Ohio State University and the University of Georgia set out to understand exactly what RoseReviv™ does inside the plant. In gene-expression analysis, RoseReviv™ triggered broad activation of the plant's defense pathways — with over 2,350 defense-related genes up-regulated across kinases, cytochrome P450, and many other important protein families involved in plant defense.

And it works fast: RoseReviv™ induces measurable plant stress responses within 24 hours of application, with effects sustained for more than 8 days.

The Proof

Proven Across Six Seasons of University Trials

Evaluated across multiple university-led field trials and commercial farm conditions over six seasons (Fall 2017–Fall 2025) by researchers at the University of Tennessee, Tennessee State University, and a commercial grower. In each trial, RoseReviv™ was added to growers' existing spray programs and measured against those programs alone. Unless noted, the results below reflect performance specifically under RRD pressure.

+26%

Canopy increase in year one under RRV pressure in a 2016–2017 trial — with no RRV, powdery mildew, or Cercospora leaf spot the next season (Dr. Mark Windham, University of Tennessee).

+34%

Canopy increase in year two under RRV pressure in a 2017–2018 trial — again with no RRV, powdery mildew, or leaf spot the following season (Dr. Mark Windham, University of Tennessee).

90%+

Of defoliation prevented under RRV pressure in a 2022 trial (Dr. Fulya Baysal-Gurel, Tennessee State University).

9.4

Rose health score under RRV pressure in a 2025 trial vs. 7.6 for untreated — outperforming insecticides Akari (8.7) and Bifenthrin (8.4) (Dr. Nar Ranabhat, University of Tennessee).

+50%

Defoliation prevented under RRV pressure in a separate 2023 trial (Dr. Fulya Baysal-Gurel, Tennessee State University).

99%

Cutting survival rate and 93% #1-grade rate in a 2020 trial, versus 85% and 79% for untreated plants — a general vigor and propagation-quality measure, not RRV-specific (LNS-NeuHouse Farms-Weeks Roses).

The Benefits

Six Things RoseReviv™ Does for Your Roses

🛡️

Resilience

Strengthens your rose's natural defenses to maintain vigor and health — reducing defoliation by more than 90% under severe stress like RRV.

🌹

Quality

Improves overall rose quality compared to synthetic insecticides for RRV, and promotes healthier, more uniform crop development.

🌿

Survival

Boosts rose cutting survival and grade-out quality — helping more cuttings root, establish, and reach #1-grade status.

🪴

New Establishment

Eases the stress of transplanting and new establishment — helping newly planted roses settle in, root out, and start growing sooner.

🌱

Sustainable

Builds stronger plants from within, reducing reliance on other crop inputs and lowering overall environmental impact.

🏆

Proven

Validated by leading university researchers across six seasons of field trials — with repeatable results across regions.

What Customers Are Saying

I've been using RoseReviv™ on my potted plants along with my regular monthly fertilizer, and my plants are doing great!

After using RoseReviv™ on my yellow climbing roses, I had the best bloom ever. My pink climbing roses also revived — they couldn't fully open their flowers the past two years because the bushes were weakened by summer diseases.

How To Use

How to Use RoseReviv™

RoseReviv™ is absorbed through both leaves and roots, so it can be applied as a foliar spray or as a drench.

For Infected Roses

First, trim off infected branches. Then drench RoseReviv™ monthly, starting in early October and continuing until all leaves fall, followed by one or two drenches in early spring before new growth emerges. This strengthens rose immunity through the fall and winter months. Continue your regular rose care as usual.

For Healthy Roses

If you already spray your roses regularly, tank mix RoseReviv™ into your existing foliar spray program and apply every two weeks from May through September — this is the simplest method for regular sprayers. If you prefer not to spray, drench monthly during the same window instead, when mites are most active in spreading the virus. Continue your regular rose care as usual.

Compatibility: fully water-soluble, tank-mixable with most inputs. Rainfast: once the spray dries.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is RoseReviv™ safe to use around pets, kids, and pollinators?

Yes. RoseReviv™ is 100% natural, contains no live cells, and has no synthetic chemical actives. Always follow label directions for best results.

Can I use RoseReviv™ with my regular fertilizer or pesticide program?

Yes. RoseReviv™ is fully water-soluble and compatible with most agricultural inputs for tank mixing, with the exception of strongly alkaline products like bicarbonates. As with any new tank mix, a small jar test is recommended first.

Why do I need a spreader or sticker for foliar spray?

RoseReviv™ is 100% natural and water-soluble, and contains no spray aids. A spreader or sticker helps the product stay on the foliage and perform as intended. If you don't have a commercial spreader/sticker on hand, a simple homemade option is 1–2 teaspoons of mild liquid dish soap per gallon of water — though in our testing, this doesn't provide coverage as good as a commercial spreader/sticker, so we recommend a commercial product when possible.

How is RoseReviv™ different from a fungicide or insecticide?

Fungicides and insecticides work by killing pathogens or pests directly. RoseReviv™ works on the plant instead of the problem — building strong, healthy roses that stand up better to the many stresses they face in the landscape.

How often should I apply RoseReviv™?

It depends on whether your roses are infected or healthy — see the "For Infected Roses" and "For Healthy Roses" application guidance above for specific schedules. RoseReviv™ is also a great way to promote vigor in new plantings and transplants: apply it alongside your usual products, twice in a row about 7 days apart, for the best results.

How long does RoseReviv™ last once opened?

Shelf life is 2 years from manufacture. It may absorb moisture and cake over time — this doesn't affect performance. Just dissolve the caked product in a small amount of water for 1–2 minutes before using.

Does RoseReviv™ work on rose varieties other than Knock Out roses?

Yes, though our university trial data is based on Knock Out roses specifically. For other varieties, use the closest size match on the application chart.

How were the university trials conducted — were the roses healthy or infected to start?

All trials were inoculated trials, meaning they started with healthy plants. After treatments — including RoseReviv™ — were applied, virus-transmitting mites were then introduced to infect the roses, so results reflect performance under real disease pressure rather than roses that were already infected beforehand.

Will RoseReviv™ get rid of Rose Rosette Disease once my rose is infected?

There are currently no products on the market that control plant viruses. Applying RoseReviv™ enhances a rose's natural resilience, which has demonstrated strong results in university trials. We have seen moderately infected roses recover by the second year of treatment.
